We are currently looking for talented Administrative Assistant to join our team. Must be an excellent communicator, adaptable, flexible, willing and able to handle change and work quickly. Hybrid or remote position available for the right candidate.

Daily Tasks (SAMPLE):

  • Communication with clients
  • Preparing client presentations
  • Submission and tracking of new business cases
  • Email Management
  • Client Database Maintenance
  • General administrative support

Skills Required:

  • Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • CRM Experience
  • Communication with high net worth clients
  • A professional and friendly phone presence
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Typing proficiency
  • Excellent with editing/grammar/spelling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
