Gray Matters Alliance (GMA) is looking for a Part Time Administrative Assistant/Marketing Coordinator.

GMA is a nationwide, assistive technology company serving the senior, intellectual and developmentally disabled and other special needs populations.

This role will encompass a variety of responsibilities:

Client Relations: Client check ins/follow ups/ scheduling onboardings/contact management/ordering

Marketing: campaigns/e newsletters/social media

Assist with various projects and pilots as they arise

Providing excellent customer service is a must!

Special consideration will be given if you have industry experience working with seniors, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and other special needs. Assistive technology/home automation experience a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 – $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
