Women’s Care Center is the nation’s largest and most successful pregnancy-resource center. We provide free and confidential counseling, support, and education to help pregnant women choose life, have healthier pregnancies, and become better parents. We serve 30,000 women annually at 34 centers in 12 states—and we’re still growing!

Who We’re Looking For

Women’s Care Center is looking for an Administrative Director to work at our headquarters in South Bend, Indiana.

Job Responsibilities

As Administrative Director, you will be the administrative point of contact for 34 centers nationwide. You’ll be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties that will help Women’s Care Center fulfill its charitable mission in an organized, efficient, and timely manner. These duties include:

  • managing administrative functions in the office and ensuring smooth and efficient operations
  • leading and training a growing administrative support team
  • providing administrative support to the President and other key leaders within the organization
  • keeping an inventory of various supplies and ordering new materials as needed
  • maintaining comprehensive and accurate electronic and hard-copy files
  • organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and arranging catering
  • managing, monitoring, and updating donor databases
  • assisting with minor accounting duties, including simple bookkeeping and banking tasks

Requirements/Qualifications

  • passionate commitment to Women’s Care Center’s mission
  • excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • strong ability to manage people and also work collaboratively on a team
  • ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects at the same time
  • willingness to “roll up sleeves” to get the job done
  • proficiency in MS Office
  • experience with MS Excel
  • ability to quickly process, simplify, and organize large volumes of information
  • self-starting and dynamic individual who requires little to no direct supervision
  • office experience preferred
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
