ADA Architects is looking for architectural staff members to join our growing organization.

Our specialty is in commercial architecture, namely retail, and we provide our services on both a local level and a national basis.

Candidates need to have an appreciation for working in a fast-paced collaborative environment where individuals are empowered to achieve the highest results for our clients and are rewarded accordingly.

You must also enjoy engaging in a continual improvement process where upward mobility is encouraged.

While our office is production oriented and occasionally the work requires some travel, we understand that relaxing at the end of a hard day of work is as important as the satisfaction of a job well done.

Successful candidates should at a minimum have:

· 7 or more years of experience in commercial architecture.

· Degree in architecture from an accredited program.

· Registration (or ability to become registered) preferred.

· Proficiency in AutoCad is required and familiarity with Photoshop, Sketch Up and Blue beam software is preferred.

· Proven experience in being the lead team member on commercial architectural projects ranging from renovation/rehabilitation to new construction – retail experience a significant plus.
