Job Description :

· Working with Project Manager ensure submittals, close out documents and other reports, as required by jobs, are completed and submitted on time.

· Supporting the bid process by researching, identifying and reporting on vendor options for materials, warehousing and labor resources.

· Prepare the logistics plan for all projects.

· Responsible for monitoring deliveries, communicating delivery status to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Conduct competitive bidding for freight requirements; negotiate rates and discounts for logistics contracts.

· Manage all shipping methods and deliveries to various vendor locations and job sites.

· Ordering materials for jobs and ensuring they are on-site in a timely fashion. Obtain all tracking information and track shipments.

· Efficiently and effectively solve problems relating to transportation of goods in various locations.

· Establishing and maintaining job files in the Foundation/CMiC software program and in hard copy form.

· Meets work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving operational problems; identifying work process improvements.

· Meets cost standards by monitoring expenses; implementing cost-saving actions.

· Participating in job start calls with the Project Lead/Supervisor and preparing the on-site installation book.

· Maintaining drawing files.

· Performing research, as needed and assigned, for special projects.

· Performing administrative support work for the Project Management team.

· Performing additional or related responsibilities as required or assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
