Position Title: Corporate Trainer/Auditor

Sub-Title: Aircraft Appearance, Below Wing, Cargo and Customer Service

Position Summary:

The Corporate Trainer/Auditor is responsible for overseeing both airline and company training programs for above and below wing operations including, but not limited to, cabin appearance, ramp, cargo, customer service, safety and security. The Trainer/Auditor will monitor and report training compliance, identify training needs and support training initiatives across the system. The Trainer/Auditor will become a certified Train the Trainer for our customer airlines, and develop strong working relationships, both internal and external, between local station trainers and airline training teams. The Trainer/Auditor will ensure that all airline and company training requirements are met and in compliance. Key areas of responsibilities include communicating with corporate and station leaders, understanding and remaining current with training requirements by location and airline, identifying training needs and managing development plans for training teams.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and report company and airline training compliance to local and corporate leaders
  • Ensure all Station Trainers have a certified level of training and an understanding of their training requirements
  • Conduct training sessions including new hire orientation, initial and recurrent and on the job training
  • Coach and mentor station trainers to follow company’s standard training program in all cities, system wide
  • Partner with local and corporate management to assess employee training needs and develop training programs
  • Perform station safety/compliance audits and communicate risk assessments to local and corporate leaders
  • Audit station records; identify discrepancies/errors and manage corrective action and training
  • Ensure safety, AOA safety, security rules and regulations are followed; report any violations
  • Train employees on various types of equipment based on the company’s safety standard procedures
  • Interact with airport authorities, government agencies, airline customers and external organizations as necessary
  • Assist below performing locations via TDY deployment for extended periods of time inclusive of nights and weekends
  • Assist in the opening of new accounts in new and current locations
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Strong working knowledge of airline operations
  • Demonstrated ability to build a team, develop and maintain positive and productive relationships
  • Ability to identify one’s audience and communicate appropriately/effectively
  • Proven customer service, problem-solving and decision making skills
  • Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Proven business acumen, technical learning/innovation management and a drive for results
  • Ability to understand financial implications (cost benefit) in operational decisions
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office software; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Publisher

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
