Job Description :

A global Food Manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Facility Maintenance Manager in the Fredericksburg, VA area.

Food & Beverage manufacturing maintenance or other related work experience is a big plus.

Responsibilities of Facility Maintenance Manager:

• Responsible for their food process machinery maintenance.
• Communicate with Plant Manager to layout this new plant start up.
• Manage and ensure the function of HVAC/R operations.
• Manage plumbing, electrical, and critical power maintenance and service operations.
• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of all equipment (freezers, coolers, compressors, and any water systems).
• Manage and supervise refrigerant conversions and energy audits.

Requirements of Facility Maintenance Manager:

• HVAC – HVAC/R Certification.
• Maintenance at Food Manufacturing Company or Grocery Store (Walmart, COSTCO and Sam’s) is big plus.
• Serval years of experience in a maintenance manager position.
• Ability to diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic machinery.
• A/C maintenance experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 per year
