Job Description :

Luxury high profile commercial real estate developer located in Boca Raton seeks Financial Analyst. This is a hands on high profile and highly operational opportunity that reports directly to the executive management. The management team is looking to groom a serious minded individual for rapid growth within the company. The perfect candidate would be a math whiz, also an expert in excel. Commercial real estate experience is a plus.

Responsibilities include:

• Analyze real estate and financial data using Excel software
• Create financial and underwriting models to support organizational decision making
• Develop financial plans and reports for organization leaders
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive evaluations, proposals, and recommendations to executive leadership
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements include:

• 2-5 years of experience in commercial real estate field preferably including multi-family experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Economics or Accounting
• Highly proficient in excel modeling with no need of oversight
• Strong analytical thought process and attention to detail

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
