Job Description :

Human Resources & Administrative Coordinator

Syndeo is looking for a skilled and experienced Human Resources Coordinator / Admin to join our client’s team in McPherson, Kansas! As a Human Resources Coordinator / Admin, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of our client’s hiring strategy, policies, and objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR procedures focusing on the company’s hiring needs and managing the recruitment process
  • Onboarding employees and work with hiring mangers on disciplinary actions
  • Manage employee data in system and update employee records
  • Providing support for employee administration and processing issues
  • Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements
  • Support the President and CEO with the following administrative tasks:
  • Handle all aspects of agency public relations, outreach and advertising
  • Assist and coordinate company outreach regarding recruiting and employment
  • Manage the presence of the agency on the web including the company website, and social media
  • Coordinate all social events for the agency including client and staff related functions
  • Coordinate recognition programs for staff
  • Coordinate board meetings and take notes

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • College degree preferred but not required
  • Minimum of 2 years of HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and practices
  • Experience hiring, onboarding, and disciplinary actions
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to write reports and presentations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
