Job Description :


As a hardwood flooring sales specialist at Hardwood Bargains, you are on the front lines of helping and educating customers throughout their purchasing experience. You will continue to build business with existing customers while advocating, promoting, developing, and maintaining relationships with new clients. You will also receive a fresh stream of warm leads from targeted online marketing campaigns and walk-in traffic.

Established in Austin, TX 2008, Hardwood Bargains is one of the fastest growing online and local retailers in the hardwood flooring space, and one of the few that’s truly vertically integrated. Hardwood Bargains prides itself in providing the best products at the best pricing, while taking a low pressure, consultative sales approach with our clients.

  • You’ll build long-term client relationships by listening and understanding the client needs and requirements with a consultative sales approach
  • You’ll demonstrate the benefits and quality of the products and services, providing a personal and informed recommendation while ensuring positive customer satisfaction
  • Keep in regular contact with all prospects
  • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest
  • Build relationships with industry partners including architects, builders, designers and installers
  • Pursue qualified leads through phone and email communication, using our proprietary CRM and tech platform


  • You have a passion to pursue new clients; you’re not easily intimidated by new relationships
  • You are self-motivated, driven, have an ambitious attitude
  • You have the ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Passion to educate and sell while focused on solutions
  • CRM experience a plus
  • You are a team player and work well in a collaborative environment
  • You will provide each client and partner a high-level, white-glove experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

  • Franklin, TN 37067: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
