Job Description :

Inside Sales Specialist

Park Hill is a leading wholesaler in the home décor industry selling to retailers and designers around the country and beyond. Based in Little Rock, Arkansas, Park Hill has sourcing in Europe, Mexico, Asia and the United States.

The Inside Sales Specialist acts as the main point of contact between the customer and Park Hill through daily phone calls, screen shares and semi-annual trade shows. Training is provided to teach important skills and techniques required to make sales calls effectively and successfully over the phone and via screen share.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact between assigned customers and Park Hill.
• Required to make 70 calls a day to both active and inactive customers in assigned territory.
• Required travel to semi-annual trade shows to meet with customers and sell in person in company showrooms.
• Perform sales presentations via screen share with customers by appointment.
• Enter sales orders in ERP system.
• Communicate with Customer Care team to help meet customer needs.
• Meet and exceed assigned territory sales goals.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Basic computer and data entry knowledge is required.
• Must have clear and understandable diction over the phone, screen share and trade shows.
• Must be self-motivated and disciplined to meet goals.
• Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time.
• Required to travel approximately 6 times per year.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
