Job Description :

• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
• Produce timely and detailed service reports.
• Build positive relationships with the customers.
• Responsible for installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, printers, computers, system software, and updates.
• Responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, WiFi, and system issues.
• Implementing IT policies. Keep policy documents up-to-date and strictly follow IT policies and compliances.
• Responsible for maintaining inventory of all IT assets and service records.
• Sending assets to employees on prior onboarding and follow-ups.
• Remote support for employees’ online and offline software, and hardware requests.
• Responsible for setting up and maintaining firewall controls

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
