Job Description :

Looking for a Landfill Operations Manager to lead our team in Roosevelt, WA. You will manage 10+ landfill staff, processing over 6000 tons daily. We need a strong leader to keep everything running efficiently in one of the largest landfills in the country.

Compensation of the Landfill Operations Manager:

• $120,000 – $130,000 per year + 20% annual bonus
• Full benefits, medical, dental, health, vision
• Retirement plan, 401k, plus 5% match
• Generous relocation package if required

Requirements of the Landfill Manager:

• 4-year degree in Business, Environmental Sciences, or Engineering
• Must have experience in Landfill Management

To succeed in this role, you need:

• Be hands-on/not afraid to get dirty
• Have success empowering and developing a team
• Approach work with a focus on safety and compliance
• Able to have tough conversations
• Have a strong business acumen (understand P&L, staying within a budget)
• History of proven short term and long-term planning

• Very remote location, generally a long commute to work
• Beautiful area of the country
• Lots of hiking, fishing, and other outdoor activities in the area

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
