Job Description :

FULL TIME MAIL CLERK

Bailey’s Premier Services is a multi-state aviation defense contractor.

Job Summary: The Mail Clerk handles incoming and outgoing mail to include organizing and distributing mail among departments.

Typical duties include the following, although specific duties vary by assignment or contract

• Sort and collate incoming, outgoing mail and distribute to each department.
• Properly address mail; weigh mail to determine the correct postage.
• Open mail addressed to the office, discard junk mail and return mail that can’t be identified.
• Record register mail and handle express and first-class mail.
• Use fax and scanning machines.
• Answer general phone calls.
• Time/date stamp all incoming/outgoing mail. Handles Interdepartmental mail.
• Files reports of damaged mail.

Hours:
Full-Time; M-F; 7 am to 4 pm; Paid Holiday and Sick, Vacation

Eligibility Requirements:

• Ability to pass drug screen: pass background check
• Previous Mail Clerk experience is a plus
• Must be willing to train, customer services

• Ability to lift and carry 40 lbs.

Pay: Up to $19.41 per hr.
