Job Description :

In the role of Manager Customer Service Centre Americas, you are leading a CSC team of 7 people which ensure order intake and the needed service & support for our customers. Next to that your team works together with a team of sales managers in the Americas region. Furthermore, close collaboration with various departments in our headquarters based in the Netherlands.

Base will be our sales office in Brunswick. The team is working is partly working out of the office and out of their home offices in hybrid model.

In this position you will report to the Global Director CSC.

Every day will be different, but here is what you can expect:

· Lead the team in the daily operation

· Coaching the team giving regular feedback to maintain the high quality and to meet customers’ expectations

· Develop the team based on expectations from both Avebe and employee side

· First point of contact for the local CSC team

· Monthly update on the team-performance following monthly KPI updates

· Regular check on customer master data changes and complaints

· Initiating regular contact between sales team and your CSC team

· Close cooperation to the local supply chain contact

· First point of contact to related departments in the Netherlands: order management, credit control, sales planning, product management and customer service

· Keep thinking how we can improve our main activities looking at Avebe’s strategy

· Contributing to global CSC projects

Skills

– Excellent leadership skills

– Excellent English written and spoken proficiency

– Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook experience required.

– Previous experience leading a team for at least 4 years

– Good listening- and communication skills

– Knowledge of food ingredients market preferred but not required

– Organizing skills

– SAP preferred, willing to train.

Pay: $35.00 per hour
