Job Description :

We are seeking a Digital Marketing professional to work hand in hand with our senior marketing team on all things related to paid search and data driven digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Provide full administrative and overall executive support, managing and facilitating the flow of information and tasks and following up to ensure those projects and tasks are completed in a timely manner
• Provide administrative assistance with writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
• Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports
• Manage relationships with external consultants and freelancers to ensure high-quality, timely execution, and ensure competitiveness
• Filter and attend day to day functions, as necessary; prepare initial draft minutes/actions/summaries
• Assist marketing tasks across paid marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook and LinkedIn

Requirements

• A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
• Resourcefulness to think outside of the box to creatively solve problems
• Exception attention to detail, fantastic organizational skills and consistent follow-through
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication
• Self-motivated; demonstrates initiative and anticipates issues, provides realistic solutions, employs sound judgement, and makes timely decisions
• Experience in Google Ads and Google Analytics a must
• Experience/exposure to Paid Search/PPC

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
