ABOUT THE JOB: The National Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong long-term relationships with key accounts to increase sales and profitability.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term success.
- Network with key customers to identify and address specific needs.
- Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams ensuring clients’ requirements are met.
- Monitor incoming orders and ensure these are fulfilled effectively.
- Prepare and review contracts/proposals to present to the client.
- Arrange meetings with all relevant decision makers within the customer..
- Research and source potential customers.
- Track, measure, and evaluate customer satisfaction metrics and trends.
- Keep abreast of industry and market trend and best practices.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings according to company standards.
- Collaborate with Sales team.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- 2-5 years in a sales role.
- Excellent knowledge of sales analysis and metrics.
- Demonstrable experience in negotiating and meeting client requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and professional personal presentation.
