Job Description

The Office Coordinator must be committed to providing attention to detail and professionalism to all tasks. They will need to be a person who enjoys managing a variety of responsibilities and possesses excellent communication skills. Administrative and organizational skills are a must.

This position is also responsible for assisting with the management of day-to-day operations. This will include managing client appointments, team member requests, phone calls and vendors inquiries. Additionally, this position requires exceptional customer service skills.

The Office Coordinator role will be a backbone role for Commercial Cleaning Contractors. Multiple individuals will rely on you for assistance, but the company will rely on you to assist with keeping others on track.

A detailed list of responsibilities to include, but are not limited to, the below.


· Filing & Document Management

· Paperwork Language Translation (using Google Translate or similar)

· Inventory logs & Supply Orders

· Research and supply sourcing

· Office equipment management

· New Account Set-up assistance

· Assist with scheduling

· Help implement processes to increase efficiency

· Special projects as they arise


· Coordinate with marketing team to create:

  • Website updates
  • Social media posts
  • CRM Drip campaign
  • Advertisements

· Branding assistance (vehicle wraps, BOMA ads, etc.)

· Client appreciation coordination


· Accounts receivable – monthly audit

· Accounts payable

· Payroll assistance

Employees & Human Resources

  • Assist with maintaining electronic Team Member files

· Job postings

· New hire paperwork

· Employee appreciation event

Skills & Qualifications

· Good understanding of Microsoft Office: Word & Excel

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $28.00 per hour
