Operations Initatives Specialist job vacancy in NBT Bank – Jobs in Vermont

Working under the general direction of the Director of Operations the primary function of this position is to take the lead in the integration/implementation of new products/programs, services, initiatives and/or participate in projects involving operational support as well as leading and coordinating audit requests including implementation of any necessary process changes based on the audit(s). In addition, this position ensures the Loan Support Division optimizes efficiencies from all processes where potential enhancements exist.
