Purpose:

    • Provide front end processing of requests for engineering drawings at a large aerospace corporation
    • Locate drawing information to make it available for requestors
    • Identifying issues for resolution or escalation
    • Activities involve maintaining contracted service levels resulting in customer satisfaction, maintaining customer relationships, and contract commitments delivered within cost targets
    • Provide support and routing for helpdesk tickets
    • Works as part of the service delivery team (Delivery Operations) that is dedicated to supporting our customer

General:

    • Entry Level with little or no prior work experience
    • Solid computer skills a must
    • Acquires skills to build knowledge from foundational to complex
    • Work builds from routine to complex which may require problem-solving skills
    • Completes work with limited autonomy
    • Works with either close supervision or under clearly defined procedures

Candidate Qualifications & Experience:

    • Minimum Experience in a customer-facing role
    • Minimum Proven ability to work under pressure handling multiple tasks to ensure timely completion of all activities
    • Minimum Good communication skills
    • Minimum Adherence to assigned work schedule and attendance guidelines
