Job Description :

Prime Physicians is a health care staffing company and a federal contractor with more than 10 years in the industry.

Duties:

Managing Physician recruitment across the region; strategic planning; and quality assessment and improvement. Continuously evaluate progress towards objectives and maintain efficient and effective day-to-day operations. Will assist in the development as well as oversee & manage the implementation of the talent acquisition strategy for physician recruitment.

• Recruiter to ensure that positions are filled timely with quality candidates and established protocols are followed
• Manage the implementation of identified recruitment strategies to source, attract, hire and retain high quality candidates
• Oversee projects to further streamline or enhance the recruitment process
• Develop and implement programs, plans, policies, and procedures for recruitment, screening, selection, and placement of physicians.
• Develop and maintain contacts with Hospitals, placement firms and other sources of applicants.
• Maintain a data on recruitment activities, applicant flow, interviews, and recruitment results to maintain accurate and comprehensive files such as candidate records, internal and external reports and correspondence
• Make cold calls, manages database of nurses, and sources leads locally as well as nationally.

Experience

• MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 1-3 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE IN SALES – NO EXCEPTIONS
• Experience implementing recruitment strategy.
• Physician Recruitment experience preferred

Pay: $32,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
