Job Description :
This position sits within the Consumer Branded Card team in Consumer and Community Banking and supports multiple Credit Card benefits that are aligned to both our Branded and Cobranded Credit Card products. This includes the core Travel and Purchase Protection benefits offered to all Chase Card customers, and additional targeted benefits such as Known Traveler fee reimbursement.
The Strategy Sr. Associate will play a key role in the Card benefits lifecycle, including representing the voice of the customer before, during and after launch of new benefits and features to help articulate product value and drive benefit engagement. Through strong internal and external relationships they will help manage across end to end touchpoints in the customer experience journeys to drive understanding and usage of products, and support strategic initiatives that will significantly improve our digital platforms.
This includes working with our external benefit partners and providers to assist in enhancing our digital card benefits platform, develop value propositions and new products, and support existing products, while working with our internal partners on the Card Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to create compelling marketing campaigns and communications.
This role provides exposure to a broad array of activities that will help develop general management and product management skills, spanning product development and innovation, digital marketing across consumer and small business customer segments, P&L management, and external partner management. The Strategy Sr. Associate will also help deliver on performance metrics and milestones, and reporting to key stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 3+ years of direct or indirect work experience in Marketing, Digital Commerce, or Rewards and Benefits
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adhere to project timelines and deadlines
