Genelco Incorporated is headquartered in Phoenix, AZ at 10443 North Cave Creek Rd, with personnel operating out of satellite offices across the United States. We have been doing business since 1991 and incorporated under the name Genelco since 1995. ​

Our primary focus is providing specialized testing and commissioning services to critical facilities infrastructure. We have provided testing and commissioning services for a broad spectrum of clients across the United States and internationally. We have partnered with numerous Data Center operators, in support of the financial world as well as health care providers, the entertainment industry and cloud based computing.

Genelco has commissioned millions of square feet of raised computer floor space. Prominent clients have included The Walt Disney Company, Adobe, The Mayo Clinic Foundation, Charles Schwab, Ebay, Digital Realty, VMWare, NBCUniversal, Oracle and IBM Bluemix.

  • Project Coordinator. This position is much more than a Project Coordinator with experience in task scheduling. The qualified qualified individual will have knowledge in industrial and commercial electrical and mechanical systems which includes chillers, UPS, generators, etc. Computer proficiency is required, not only with MS Word and Excel but with file manipulation, naming schemes, and storage. (There is no coding, web development, or social networking involved.) This is not a typical office support admin, but an active player who enjoys being involved in day-to-day operations of both in-house, and field personnel. This hands-on position is an integral component in the fast-paced, ever-changing world of data center testing and commissioning. Responsibilities include:  Personnel and equipment scheduling  Preparation of proposals (based on data from Excel spreadsheets)  Generation of Commissioning Plans (modelled off of previously produced but always unique)  Participation in client conference calls where job scope and schedules are discussed  Requesting quotes from suppliers of rental equipment  Ensuring equipment destinations and coordinating of ship dates  Excellent communication skills are an absolute must as well as the ability to converse in technical terms and acronyms  Must work well with all levels of management and able to multiplex efficiently between tasks This is a Monday-Friday hourly, daytime, in office, position. No weekends or holidays. This position is located in Phoenix, AZ. There is no relocation package associated with this position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
