Job Description :

ALG Holdings Family in Fort Worth is seeking a seasoned, highly organized and detail oriented Administrative Assistant to provide executive level support to our real estate partner company, Freaky Fast Home Buyers & Investments.

ALG Holdings is the parent company of many other businesses/brands including oil and gas exploration, restaurants and entertainment in addition to commercial and residential real estate.

Duties of the Administrative Assistant will include extensive data entry, report preparation, maintaining of appropriate filing systems and bookkeeping. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work through utilization of various information systems, databases and tools such as AppFolio, Quickbooks, MS Office and their Google equivalents. Experience in AppFolio and Quickbooks is highly desired. If you have previous experience working in real estate business adminstration we’d like to meet you.

This is a high-level position that can only be managed by an administrator based in our Fort Worth headquarters. There could be light travel to other states on occasion to lay eyes on properties, meet contractors, and provide support around networking opportunties.


  • Prepare and execute real estate and property management specific documentation, including but not limited to reports, lease agreements, contracts and title paperwork
  • Meticulous maintenance and upkeep of all relevant filing systems, databases and information systems, project management tools and platforms
  • Perform regular data entry, financial reporting and reconciliation and accounts payable duties
  • Have excellent communication skills, write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, etc. with professional and timely execution
  • Maintain contractor, vendor and contact lists and correspondence
  • Organize and schedule appointments; maintain company calendars and assist staff with logistics and planning


  • Experience in Real Estate management is required; experience in property management is a plus
  • Experience as an administrative assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems with a focus on real estate business practices and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, copiers, printers and fax machines, etc.
  • Proficiency in Quickbooks, MS Office Suite (MS Excel and MS Word, and their Google equivalents)
  • Proficiency in AppFolio and or other Real Estate/Property Management related CRMs
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work with consistent follow through
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Bookkeeping and accounts payable experience
  • High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $70,000.00 per year
