Job Description We need a Solar SalesConsultant for our company provided leads, which means no cold calling. Our leads are all prequalified potential customers who are already interested in solar. Solar Sales Consultants are responsible for traveling to scheduled appointments within their own territory and educating prospective customers about the benefits of solar energy production. We provide leads, training, and a Dynamic Digital sales presentation.

Job Description

  • Paid sales training.
  • Solar Sales Consultants travel to scheduled solar appointments, educate clients about renewable energy, and walk customers through the solar sales process.
  • Monthly Sales Bonuses


  • Providing excellent customer service.
  • Qualify and close Prospects
  • Meet sales goals and earn bonuses
  • Manage an organized calendar and attend scheduled appointments.
  • Primarily focused on pitching and closing sales in homes. Potential to get referrals and self-generated leads.

Expectations and Critical Skill Sets

  • Operate outside of an office environment but within your assigned sales area.
  • Must be able to meet with prospects at preset appointment times.
  • Afternoon and Saturday morning appointments (no Sunday’s) may be required.
  • Proven track record of field sales experience.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with all customers.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Self-motivated, diciplined, and a problem solver

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
