Senior Vice President of Home Health and Hospice Finance Opportunity Description

Our client is a growing, multi-site
Home Health and Hospice organization looking to add a seasoned, hands-on
Senior Vice President of Home Health and Hospice Finance to their leadership team. This position can be based in
Pittsburgh, PA, Detroit, MI, Chicago, IL., or Nashville, TN. Multi-site financial leadership experience in Medicare Home Health and / or Hospice is required. This person will oversee Revenue Cycle & Billing, Accounting & Finance, and Data Analytics. Mergers and Acquisitions experience is a plus.

Senior Vice President of Home Health and Hospice Finance Job Requirements

  • Multi-site / Multi-state financial leadership experience in Home Health and / or Hospice
  • Medicare Home Health / PDGM, and Hospice financial rules and regulations.
  • Experience over directly reporting managers.
  • CPA strongly preferred.

Senior Vice President of Home Health and Hospice Finance Job Responsibilities

  • Oversite of Revenue Cycle, Accounting, and Financial Operations.
  • Ensure compliance with Medicare financial reimbursement rules and regulations.
  • Analyze data and metrics to improve financial performance, reporting, forecasting, and annual Cost Reports.
  • Scale financial department and functions as the organization grows.

The compensation scale listed is a general salary range and is not intended to represent the actual annual or hourly compensation rate for this role.
