Job Description :
Responsible for complex quality audits, including conducting audit the auditor responsibilities that are associated with the unit’s functional focus.
Use analytical and statistical techniques and tools to plan and perform research and analysis of processes (e.g., outcomes performance guarantees, customer requirements, etc.) to recommend enhancements and workable solutions
Facilitate team sessions to develop processes and/or resolve issues
May provide guidance or expertise to quality staff
Responsible for complex quality audits, including conducting audit the auditor responsibilities that are associated with targeted audits
In partnership with the vendor and/or business owners, support the design and development of new processes
Provides guidance and expertise to Quality Staff
Support the creation of communication strategies and presentations for both internal and external customers to educate and address continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Analyze customer feedback and other measures
Lead and/or attends calibration calls ensuring participation, calibration and subject matter expertise
Under direct supervision, develop and deliver training
Works with management to assure follow-up re-evaluation activities occur when deficiencies are identified. Recommends corrective action when appropriate. May conduct re-assessment analysis.

Subject matter expert on workflows, policies, components of systems and on daily operations and programs
Prior experience with quality procedures
Medicare experience +2 years
High School Diploma or GED; Associate’s Degree preferred
