Job Description :

eviCore is currently hiring a Non-Clinical Contact Center Supervisor. The Supervisor is responsible for the overall performance of their assigned team and are directly responsible for creating a positive learning environment that delivers quality customer service. They create strategic development plans for all team members. The supervisor is also responsible for corrective action not limited to attendance and performance. They participate in recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, counseling, and evaluation of staff. The supervisor oversees team’s payroll administration to include timesheet approval, incentive plans, and leave administration. The Supervisor manages special projects and implementation tasks to ensure the needs our clients are met. The Supervisor acts as a backup to Contact Center Manager and makes operational decisions as needed.

Shift: Monday – Friday 9:30a – 6p MST


Lead Customer Service team consisting of experienced administrative, operative, and or technical roles in the Professional career track.

Supervise the daily activities of a group of customer service representatives who respond to/research customer/member inquiries and issues.

Provide direction and guidance regarding policies, procedures, workflows, customer service quality, and training needs.

Responsible for monitoring customer service standards. This is the first line supervisor of Customer Service Representatives.

Responsible for a large number of direct and indirect reports in a process or transactional operations environment.

Coordinate schedules and workflow for the team.

Focus on team completion of assignments and routines.

Ensure the orientation and training of employees.


BA/BS or equivalent work experience.

Minimum 3 years of Customer Service experience in a high-volume setting preferably a Contact Center.

Leadership experience with increasing responsibility.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 45,100 – 75,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
