About the Opportunity

As VP of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in our business by driving business development and sales success in North America, a key growth region for TOA Global as scale our business from a workforce of 2,500+ to over 6,000 by 2024. In this role you will:

  • Develop and deliver against the growth strategy for North America
  • Take responsibility for the customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives for the region
  • Develop key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans
  • Drive awareness and impact in the NA market
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Understand the accounting landscape and trends, report on forces that may impact targets
  • Build strong internal relationships to positively impact sales numbers through increased collaboration
  • Lead, coach and mentor a team of Account Executives

Qualifications / Skills Required

  • Accounting industry experience – essential
  • Demonstrable experience as a sales executive developing client focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels of an organizations including executives and C-suite
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead a high performing sales team
  • Proven ability to synthesize performance trends and business performance and suggest improved tactics
  • Effective communication, negotiation and influencing skills

Key Details:

Salary: $140,000 to $160,000 USD (non-billing role, no commissions)
Location: Fort Worth
Work Type: Full time on-site (no remote or hybrid)
