Job Profile:

  • As an Online Business Manager, you will support Entrepreneurs and Businesses with Business operations, administration, research, lead generation, and project management-related tasks.
  • The role is remote and full-time. This cannot be clubbed with any other full-time, part-time or contractual role.
  • We are looking for individuals available during regular business hours, Monday through Friday. (9 am to 6 pm EST / PST)

Roles & Responsibilities:

You will support enterprises, businesses of all sizes, entrepreneurs, and executives in one or more of the following –

  • Project Management
  • Ecommerce Assistance (Amazon Seller/Shopify)
  • Advanced Excel and MIS Reporting
  • CRM and Lead Management
  • Online Research (Primary and Secondary Research)
  • Lead Generation
  • Executive Assistance (Itinerary Planning, Calendar Management, Inbox Management, etc.)

Job Prerequisites:

  • High-speed internet connection
  • Laptop with an integrated camera and a pair of headphones
  • Distraction-free workspace with zero external interference
  • Ability to work in US time zones

Work Shift (either of the following may be allocated):

Mon-Fri, 9 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. EST

Mon-Fri, 9 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. PST
